Have this ready when ordering

• Delivery address and postcode, plus directions if the postcode covers a wide area.
• Product, kerosene, gas oil, road diesel or HVO.
• Quantity, or an estimate of what the tank will take.
• Access, where a tanker can stand, how far the tank is from there, and anything awkward about getting in.
• Attendance, whether someone will be on site.

Running low

If a tank is close to empty, say so when you call rather than leaving it to be discovered. Running a heating system dry draws sludge and water off the bottom of the tank into the line and can mean an engineer visit on top of a delivery.

Commercial accounts

Enquiries from farms, contractors, hauliers and other businesses about regular supply are welcome. Useful information is the products used, the annual volume, the storage in place, and where it's.
